I just wanted to let you know things are going great
with Daisey.
She
has fit into our family great. She is so full of energy,
my girls just love playing with her. She wasn't very
affectionate at first but now she love to give kisses.
I can tell she was an outside dog, or she loves being
outside. We are actually looking to move and we are
only searching for houses with fenced yards. She has
adjusted to being inside well. she only had two accidents
in the house, she is completely house trained she
will scratch on the door when she wants to go out.
We are truly happy with her and we thank-you for letting
her become part of our family. I included a picture
of her and Deuce--they are the best of pals.

June 11, 2005, I drove from Brooklyn, New York to
Silva, North Carolina to meet our baby Sketch. He
is an angel from heaven. We hug and kiss him all the
time. It was my granddaughter, age four, who saw him
on the computer and had to have him. She was willing
to have me go to get him instead of attending her
birthday party that weekend. She has a speech deficit,
but I must say since Sketch came into her life her
speech has improved so much where she is using full
sentences. He is her buddy and they adore each other.
Thank you so much for allowing us to have Sketch!

"I am wriiting this letter to you to let you
know that we adopted a dog from ARF about three years
ago. Her name was Blanche (Now Lady). She was one
that you had fostered. She was a blonde Beagle/Lab
Mix. Lady rode alway to her home in Durham, where
she is currently living. Lady has brought so much
joy to this household. She has four cat friends and
one new dog friend (adopted from APS) She has been
through two training classes since we have adopted
her. Like a typical Beagle, she can not be trusted
off the leash. She snuggles up every night and comforts
you at any time. I hope to send you a picture soon.
Plaese give us the address where we can send a donation.
Thank You So Much For Saving Her!!!!!!"

In August I saw a picture on your website a puppy
called Brunhilde. I knew she was mine from the moment
I saw her. You see I had just lost my own jack russell,
Jack to an accident and I was lonely. Yes
with
4 teen agers and a husband I was lonely. So I called
and my husband and one of my sons drove 2 1/2 hours
to meet a lovely woman who had taken such special
care of this little girl. The adoption fee was a pittance
compared to the joy we received. We renamed her Bella
because she is beautiful. She is the joy of our lives.
She is called the baby and can reduce the toughest
teen to baby talk and cooing with her little antics.
She loves my old tom cat and our elderly lab. She
is just wonderful in every way. She is a big 8 pounds
and very active.
I know that you don't always know what happens to
your charges once they leave your home. You send them
off with a kiss and a prayer. I wanted you to know
that you not only saved a little puppy but answered
my prayer. She is loved cherished and adored as she
should be. As she sleeps in my lap I wanted to thank
you for your care and rescue of our baby until we
could get to her. Sincerely, Debbie Bruster Cornelia,
Ga.
